SoHoSoleil is a collection of creative meeting spaces in NYC used for corporate events including meetings, photo, TV, and video shoots. Since 1996, SoHoSoleil’s workplaces have fostered team building, strategy and branding sessions, consumer research, and production projects. Our SoHo lofts provide energizing meeting space for all types of innovation.

Our facilities are available for weekday rental from Monday to Friday.
CornerLight and SereneSite’s rental hours are 8am to 7pm.
MeetingSite’s rental hours are 8am to 10pm.
Extended hours, weekends, and holidays may be requested in advance for building approval.

Our office is open from Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm.

We are centrally located SoHo, NYC.
6. VENUE DESCRIPTIONS
CornerLight is our largest, most frequently booked property and is the easiest to reconfigure. It has two bathrooms and a separate room for a breakout space, focus group, video village, or hair and make-up station. The light is from the south and west. There is a large oval stone table and two diner booths with tables that can be used for product displays, meals, or breakout sessions. We also have extra tables and chairs available.
SereneSite is one large open room. The light is from the north and east. In addition to the ten chairs surrounding the wood boardroom table, there are extra folding chairs available. The free-floating kitchen island stovetop is perfect for chefs or cooking shoots. This meeting space allows you to project directly onto its white walls.
MeetingSite is our most luxurious loft. It is located in the heart of SoHo, just a few blocks from our other properties. It has a separate breakout room and one bathroom. The light is from the east and south. It has been used for focus groups, NGOs, branding sessions, celebrity interviews, and cooking shows due to its professional chef’s kitchen.
7. VIEWING PROPERTIES
Site visits to our meeting space are recommended and free of charge.
8. PLACING A HOLD
We recommend placing a hold if you are interested in either a specific date or specific loft location. There is no charge to do so. We just ask that you kindly contact us if you no longer wish to hold the space, or if you are ready to book.
Furniture seen on the venue pages is included. Loft spaces may periodically be changed or upgraded.
10. OVERNIGHT SET UPS
Set ups may be left overnight for multiple-day bookings on weekdays.
11. LOCAL TRANSPORTATION
We are convenient to most subway lines.
12. SIMULTANEOUS MULTIPLE SPACE BOOKINGS
Multiple space bookings are welcomed. Two of our venues are in the same building, and the third is just a few blocks away.
